会员费有效期为2024-2025年

在明尼苏达城市联盟的年度会费是基于财政年度开始于9月11日. 1; starting Jan. 2026年1月1日，联盟的财政年度将改为日历年.

为了适应这个财政年度的变化, 会员将收到两张会费发票:第一张发票将于2024年9月寄出，为期四个月，即2024年9月至12月, 第二份会费发票将于2025年1月上旬发送，有效期为2025年1月至12月.

从2026年开始，会员将于每年1月收到一张年度会员费发票.
